Hee! That part is certainly true. But we actually have some very gentle-manly roosters who provide for and protect their "family". The FUNNY "Human/Rooster dynamic is the one where the rooster finds a goody and calls the hen to come get it. When she goes to take the treat, that's when he makes his move and tries to 'get with' her! It looks very planned out on the part of the rooster. He offers up something delectable to the girls, and then he expects to be "paid" for his 'goodness'! It seldom works out for him, but he never quits trying!
On a GOOD "human/Rooster" dynamic, we see fathers who are so protective of their families, they will face all odds to keep them safe. They give up their own comforts, even FOOD until the family is comfortable and cared for. You see the opposite of course too.....roosters who bully and abuse the hens and every other chicken in the coop. We've seen enough people like this....sigh. Just mean spirited and there isn't really any sure-cure for them except...well...that isn't legal for humans!!!

Especially the roosters?! You mean those friends that treat you badly no matter how many times you change their water, feed them or give them mealy worms and cracked corn? Then yes, I agree!!
