If you have a local vet, I'd call and inquire about the situation. Although I was raised around chickens, I have only had chickens again for a year. But I never remember seeing one molt that much at one time.
For keeping her warm, I would put a heat lamp in the coop and close the door at night. My girls all huddle together on the perch at night anyway. The heat lamp would provide extra warmth for her. You could also add some extra shavings, straw, or hay to your nesting boxes. She might get in there.
I'm not sure that I would bring her in the house. Although it is the logical solution to provide more warmth for her, I am concerned about secondary issues. It might also stress her to be separated from the rest of her flock, especially when she will still be able to hear them but not be able to get to them. The vet should have some great solutions for you.
