Rhonda, It could be a matter of how old the worm is too. Anything on tomatoes and potatoes, I'd let them decide like you do.

Go figure... Mine snapped up plenty of potato beetles (as well as the grubs) this year, but last year they wouldn't touch a tomato worm other than to kill it. Haven't had any (so far) this year--maybe they'll change their minds!
