Cackle is another bad one. Their chicks made my chicks sick with a virulent mycoplasma and killed my chicks. Most of their chicks arrived dead when it was a nice warm spring. Never again. No way I could keep chickens that arrive with germs like that, don't want it in my flocks. Their customer service, the owners are very rude and they ripped me off. Never again.

What's so bad about McMurray? Not that I've ordered from them, but I was wondering.

Welp is excellent if you aren't looking for "fancy" chickens. McMurry I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. Meyer is also good.
