Re: [CHICKENS-101] Re: How long is too long?

Stained eggs should be ok if used promptly. So far my little 3 year old nephew is eating every egg my bantams lay (he's going thru an egg for nearly every meal phase). When he decreases or the increase I fully plan on making them salad eggs. Perfect size for an individual salad I think.

I would like to know this, too, and also if stained eggs are good to
keep or not. If they are too dirty, I pitch them. I also float them and
candle them, too. I collect both standard and bantam eggs, and I would
LOVE to serve some Deviled Banty eggs, just for kicks. I am sure they
would be as good as regular Deviled Eggs.
