[CHICKENS-101] Cake for Chickens

 

I have been cleaning out my cupboards and pulling down outdated, expired items. I have several boxes of cake mix, brownie mix, muffin mix, etc. that are too old for human consumption, but was wondering if they would be okay to feed to my chickens? I really don't want to take the time to bake these items up, merely supplement the mixes with their regular feed. Do you suppose that would be okay?
