I believe Dean’s long winded post was demeaning to George and Sue’s response was defensive on George’s behalf. I don’t know if you read the posts out of order, Cathryn, but you have to agree that Dean’s first paragraph was insulting. As to the length……….as others have said, we can read or delete. I admit I rarely read the whole post………not because it isn’t informative……….just not interesting to me. But, I don’t deny him the right to post it.
I have also noticed that Cathryn and Sue butt heads very frequently. Obviously, both are very knowledgeable about many subjects and for some reason, really rub each other the wrong way. When it happens too often, I lose sight of all their knowledge and just consider their behavior to each other as catty. Seems someone is always in a snit.
I have found myself deleting an awful lot when these petty disagreements crop up. I appreciate the shared knowledge of both, but the pettiness shown to each other gets old.
Just sayin.

Dean has been a little long winded of late. Makes me chuckle a bit sometimes, but we do all have our passions. Mine is Quilting, creating art, memories and warming souls. I can tell you more about the art and craft of quiltmaking from the 1500's to the present then probably anyone you know. And make it interesting. Apparently Dean can too, about chickens.

We all have our spats but most of us have the curtouesy to keep it private. Tho some might find it cute, it's not what I spend my time reading this list for. I have learned enormously from all of you. And I am grateful. I can ask questions and get a ton of view points. I love options!
What I don't like are the public spats. Cathryn and Sue, please take it private.
Thanks,
I will try hard not to grumble again.
