Re: [CHICKENS-101] Ok, I have an unusual question....

Both are bantams but what kind of bantam is your "banty's". Sebrights can be pretty feisty as can several other bantam breeds.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Ok, I have an unusual question....

I have in my 'baby' pen 2 Banty's and 2 Golden Sea-brights. They are all same age, and have been raised together since hatch. i got lucky and have a male and female for each breed. They are about 3 months old now.

My odd questions is this.... Up until a few days ago, all was normal, eating, perching at night, drinking, ect, but Over the weekend I found the Banty Cockerel holding its head tilted and walking odd. It appears it is missing some feathers on up ended side of its head as well.....Will the cockerels be fighting already??!! Especially being raised together! Or could something be wrong with the Banty?!?!

I would be grateful for any suggestions, ideas or advice.

Thank you!
Erin
