Oh my gosh, what messed up doctors practice out of that hospital! I suppose they aren't sueing or anything. I would sure be tempted to do so.
We go to a doctor as old as your father. He's a diabetic specialist which is great for Mr. Percy and I'm happy with him also. Although it takes me much longer to decide a doctor should be seen.

My father is frail. (I'm publishing these dr's names on purpose.) Dr. Avery Jackson did a surgery where they glue the vertebrae back together. (Vertebre failure caused by a septic eye infection from a simple cataract surgery botched by Dr. Stack and improper treatment from resulting infection/treated and surgically treated/not fixed at U of M.) Dr. Jackson, on purpose, left the straws with the glue in my father's back, causing him anguishing pain that could only be lessened a little bit by another specialist surgeon. Dr. Henneke kept my father on a heart med without telling my father the lab results and with my father complaining of classic kidney symptom failure from it. Henneke came close to killing my father and destroyed his kidneys. My father is very frail because of local dr's incompetence. Only because of my father going to another dr did he learn about the med lisinopril, that he did not need because he did not have HDP), my mother willing to learn everything about removing potassium and phosphorous from a diet is my father alive. Alive in unbearable back pain and the itching and sores of kidneys barely functioning. My parents have been married 63 years and are fabulous people.
Chickens: Ideal and show leghorns, rumpless barred Dominique, maran, Delaware, barred Plymouth rock, et.. I've forgotten what else I've put there. Basically good birds my friend and I did not want to sell or were exceptional pets. I'm going to put a couple of my really good pendesenca pullets from Dave Schwartz there this spring. Cathryn
