Hypogycemia is a precursor to adult onset type II diabetes. You would
be wise to identify which forms of sugars and starches trigger your
hypoglycemic episodes and avoid them for the duration. Potatoes is my
biggest offender, followed immediately by ice cream (and by extension
all extremely sugary confections).

The whole premise of the blood type diet is blown away when it starts suggesting processed foods such as soy milk. It can't be natural if you have to have machines to create it. And how did those hunter gatherers bake a cake anyway?
