Yes, Cath knows more about chickens than I ever will.  I'm only speaking from my own experience with 2 Lakenvelders.  So I have probably unfairly lumped all 'avoids human contact' chickens as being overly panicky.

Some of the breeds have been given an unfair rap and are not like that. like cubalayas, they are great. Cath
