East side windows are fine. West side windows would let a lot of hot sun into the coop late in the day.

hello,
i'm new to this group and hope to learn a lot!
we are going to build a chicken coop. it's going to face south and the plan is to put one of the windows on the east side.
i'm wondering if this is a good idea? will it make the roosters crow earlier?
we're in new jersey, so i don't think the side matters because of the weather but i could be wrong about that too.
thanks for any help, virginia
