Get a box put a water dish in it and a feed dish, and bring her into the house where she will be warm and safe. The temps in the North East are suppose to go to extreme lows like -20*. She will not last with any kind of low temp with no feathers. I doubt she is moulting it is more likely that she is picked on by the other chickens and they have pulled her feathers out, chickens do not usually moult this last in the year.

DH won't let me turn on the heat lamp in the barn, but I can try adding bedding to the nest box in case she wants to snuggle there. The old girls won't let her on the perch so she sleeps in the corner of the room with her buddy, who is the same age and is also rejected by the oldies. We always close the door at night and even in the daytime if the temp is too low. Marg
