LOL well Deb destroying California is a national pastime ....maybe we need to make it 2 states .... North and South California :-) For me to live I would prefer the Northern area and keep the Southern for tourists :-) Actually I think most of the reasons people in surrounding states disliked Californians and their moves was what they sold property for and what it purchased . Now a days that isn't the case with values in the basement most are lucky to get dollar for dollar value...... goodbye mega profits.
