[CHICKENS-101] Re: Joyful Hearts Farm Defense Fund ~ Help Save our LGD's & Right to Farm!

 


Exactly, and that is what we presented at our *Hearing* :o(
His ruling stated that LGD's are not the same as tractors. UGH. We never said they were the same. Why does Animal Control hold these *hearings* by someone who does not know the law! So now it will cost us thousands of dollars to right this wrong. But I'm sure GOOD will come out of this. I have to believe it! Or they just want us to sit back and let them trample on our rights ~ and quite frankly, if it weren't for those donating, that would be us. We live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans......so thank you to ALL who are helping, no matter how small, it is ALL appreciated more than you can know!
