Thanks, Pete, and Gina~ Truly, I mean no harm. The holidays are difficult times for many people. They intensify what ever a person is going through, for better or worse...unstable people often die, or even commit suicide during the holidays. Carolyn doesn't know me, or who I am, so I was not offended. I wish her well. She sounds like she needs a break. When I said I had two LGD, I was SORT of kidding...my two dogs ARE Guard dogs for our livestock, as are my neighbors dogs. No offence directed to the "Real" LGD, of course. I am 'charmed' that someone thinks I'm 'young'...I'm nearly 60, but I'll be the first to admit when I don't know something. I am very thankful to the members of this group for your patience and kindness you have shown to me and many other newbies who come here needing help with their chickens. Vets don't have the answeres we have here! So I am very appreciative. With the entire world in such chaos and upheavel, I feel even more that it's extreamily important that our country work extra hard to get along with each other. "United we stand, Divided we fall".....time to bury the "I hate California" axe! We're all in this together!
