[CHICKENS-101] Re: Intro. nest and bedding

 

Hi Olivia, First off NO CEDAR. Hay is OK except it mats and gets messy. Pine shavings are better. Reading your list of animals chickens should fit in without any problems. The only thing I would suggest is that the children should be taught to defend themselves from the RIRs. Although the goats are probably safe children are at risk. RIRs are direct decedents of Dinosaurs, the kind with teeth.
