I'm not making this up. We have 5 more adult goldwings. We go to the
store at 6:00am this morning, why? I told Mrs. Crypt, "Look, it's
supposed to hit 105 degrees today, heat index of 110 to 115. No
strenuous exercise outside, the heats to much".
We come home and ALL of our adult chickens are loose. Our dog is chasing
them around the yard. No, our dog wasn't trying to "Catch" catch them,
just chase them. We lock the dog up and try to catch the chickens. We
tried Food, treats, buckets, blankets, fish netting and at one point I
was fuming so bad, a couple of bricks. There in the trees, the bushes,
the garden, just everywhere. Let me tell you something. My neighbors are
RETARDED. They thought there flimsy curtains would actually muffle there
laughter while they were watching. I was so pissed. I said, "Screw it".
They want to risk there lives, let them risk it.
I kick my front door open and walk in, barely breathing.
I'm in the bedroom trying to give myself a breathing treatment, and
guess what? ONE BY ONE THEY COME WALKING INTO THE &^(^@($(*% (*&@!*$
BEDROOM!
Mrs. Crypt took my .410 away, corralled them in the closet, and put them
in the pen one by one. I wasn't going to shoot them as I think there
feathers are probably made out of Kevlar.
I'm going to bed.
