How to raise Backyard Chickens: [CHICKENS-101] Help with 32 week old hen [2 Attachments]

I am lost here
I have a 32 week old EE that has not started laying yet. It has rained all
week here so their run is wet in case that helps
Yesterday found her laying on her side with other hens walking over her.
Her feet where curled up some almost thought she was dead.
So I stood her up and and she can walk just wobbly. She does not scratch
around but will drink and eat some. Poop seems normal,
I did remove her from flock, and she walks around slowly. she can sit down
and get up but if for some reason she gets on her side she cannot get up.
I did give her some sugar water thinking she was dehydrated. I have looked
at all different disorders but none seem to fit her. I thought perhaps
Mareks but there is no twisted neck or droopy wing and legs so far are not
showing paralysis. Looked at her Vent and it looks normal she just staggers
and appears depressed.
I have started her on Tylan 200 in her water. I did worm about 4 days ago.
I am lost here, Oh and I checked for bumble foot. Nothing. Now her comb is
pale but has always been this way along with her sister.
