You have great names for your chickens, Cath! OMG, Princess Snickelfritz has GOT to be a pure snow white silkie, spoiled beyond repair, who firmly believes she is NOT a "Chicken"!
......my daughter has one that fits that description....!

Deb,  Negrita, Colbie, Ebony, `Ele, Pepper, Ashure, Onyx, Blake, Ace, Princess, Aggie for agate, Pearl, Ashes, Inky,  Sooty, Misty, ET... for black and standard blue silkies.  Nari (found in a baby book/means beautiful red one/forgot the language), Ginger, Bella Boo, Pooh Bird, ET...  I know... some of mine have dumb names, but it helps if their name describes them.  Like Princess Tinkerbell Snickelfritz - tell me what do you picture?  After you tell me I'll post her picture for you! :)

I have a champion name Negrita.  She won feather leg at an open show at a Winston/Salem, NC show.  I also attached a picture of Negrita's sister Ebony talking to Miss Silver.  Silver Lame` is Miss Silver's hatch mate and a champion too as is Ebony and Miss Silver.  Silkies are most definitely fun to show and raise.
