I have had issues with touching things that don't like me. I have autoimmune issues and hives due to contact dermatitis are fairly common. The handle of grocery carts used to cause itching and hives. I haven't had an issue in awhile, but it can come back at any time. I am also sensitive to nickel, MUST wear gold pierced earrings are rings of any sort.
If you have thyroid issues, you may want to check into auto immune diseases and the symptoms.
