If you buy the standard 40+ egg incubator you can set 1-40+ eggs; gives you a choice that a 6 egg incubator doesn't. Any circulated air with egg turner, liner in the bottom, egg candler, hygrometer, thermometers, work well. I bought a kit with everything at Twin City Poultry Supply.
If you call or email Victor he'll guide you through what you are looking for in the price range you want to spend.

Looking at the incubators that are available, I see some that hold 40 or more eggs, and some that hold six eggs.
Seems there's very little in the 12-20 egg range.
What do folks here use? A bought incubator, home made, broody hen, or do you buy hatched chicks?
I'm in no hurry- don't even have my chicks yet, so it will be a while before I'll have fertile eggs... (Unless I get the uncontrollable urge to try Cream Legbars again this year)
