Bo-Bo, my mean old broiler, who lived shy a couple of months of five
years, got frostbite on his comb tips. The tips scabbed over and
eventually fell off. :'(
Just like humans, you NEVER ever rub the affected parts, much less put
petroleum jelly on the frost bite, or peel off the dead skin. Best
wishes to everyone with their chickens this cold and frosty winter.
