Kelly, How wide is her roosting bar? A rounded 2"x2"? Infection sets in pretty easy in breast blisters.
First get her into a hospital cage with a light for heat she can get away from or under.
Do you have any silvadene? Silvadene would be my first choice for treating her blister. If you cannot get silvadene or do not have any, I would buy food grade lavender at the nearest health food store and poultry vet rx and mix them half and half, a tsp at a time. Try not to get it on her feathers and apply with clean q tips. Does she have red streaks around her breast blister? An odor? Cloudy fluid in the blister? Since the blister is inflamed I'd rush to get the lavender mix in the wound, not just on top. If there is red tissue/streaks around the breast blister I would give her a shot of penicillin or baytril.

I have a 2 year Barred Plymouth Rock who appears to have a breast blister. I've noticed the rough callused area before, but now that she's molted it's become inflamed and fluid filled. I'm reluctant to lance it in fears of making it worse. She is a big girl, but does not lay around a lot, only on the roost of course. Any advice is appreciated!!
