I have a astrolorp hen who is broody 90% of the time in nice weather. She is useless...looks horrible as neck feathers are all gone. ( she did this last summer too) her saving grace is she is my daughters pet...friend. She is autistic and sits holding this girl talking to her. As ugly as she is she will have a long life here I hope. Now there is a couple others that are on the short due to attitudes and only occ laying. Lori. IN
