Shannon, I agree. I would like my drink to be a low fat milk latte with an espresso shot for extra caffeine with a tsp of sugar. If I wrote more concise and specific you'd not have mixed up the two. I know I do that when I am tired, and or my brain goes faster than my fingers. I have 2 left hands when I type.
John's chickens are gentle too. Even adults I have not met before that I bought were nice chickens. He will not sell his culls to me anymore. I do not blame him. We had a very extra large shepherd and his mangy mutt friend tear up pen made up of woven horse fencing with poultry fencing over it. Killed my chickens from him. We built a pen from a dog pen that had fencing over the dog panels. The shepherdand his huge mangy long haired dog friend tore that one up too, and killed my chickens. We had witnesses to that fiasco and people saw the dogs with my chickens in their mouths. The city sued the owners. I had 2 destroyed pens and dead chickens twice. Never trust the newer dog panel fencing that is the shiny silver. We spread the word and was able to buy many of the old old chain link fencing rolls and pipe from construction people, and made our own panels and gates. We also bought many of the old tougher made fencing panels. I don't blame John for not selling culls to me again the next spring after my loosing them twice.

I think i see the problem.... the 95-cent special that you sent in was not "Chick Hatchery" of John Blehm's but was "Ideal Hatchery" .
When i told you "these are not Ameraucanas but easter eggers" i was getting the info from the ad you posted which is actually Ideal poultry (not John's hatchery).
Then you talked about John (mix-up-lol) having good birds(yes he does-but he is "Chick Hatchery" not "Ideal".
Clicking onto the 95 cent ad it takes you to Ideal's special and there mix of easter eggers .
