It's good stuff and you can get shelled sunflower seeds at tractor supply . A little real meat during the times of need(molting/laying/growing/brood pen/weight loss/just about anytime) will do wonders wonders for them .

This was to give them added protein which was to keep them from wanting to pull their feathers (and eating them?) . The feather pulling seems to have stopped.
