Re: [CHICKENS-101] Chickens not producing eggs ?

From my experience (which is rather limited compared to others on here) I have found a decrease in egg laying when my chickens are stressed, when they are running low on food or water, of when they are molting.

It could also be that they are laying elsewhere, are eating the eggs, or something else is coming into the coop and taking or eating the eggs.

As long as they have food, water and the coop is secure, I usually find that within a couple of days they go back to normal.

Yesterday collected 6 eggs and then today only collected 2 eggs. But months past I had eggs coming out of my ears not sure why this would be happening. Any ideas would be helpful and yes I'm quite new to this chicken so I could use all the help that you could provide me thanks..
