I used to get duck eggs, and they made for really good cakes and
breads. I sold a dozen duck eggs for $3.00. Hardly anyone would take
them, but I had no problem in giving them away. It used to aggravate me
that things were like that. I no longer have laying ducks, but still
get asked if I have duck eggs. Maybe in the future, if I have a bigger
place, I may get ducks for eggs again. Maybe.
