OK, since the subject of vegan chickens was brought up a few days ago, and
i'm still playing catch-up, and since this has nothing to do with vegan
chickens, it is still is funny so thought I'd post the link here. Makes me

And here's a video that DOES concern chicken on the menu. Unreal. I sent
the link to my daughter who works at a 5 star restaurant in Chicago
advising that the Michelin rating system should add an extra star if only
BlackBird would institute this policy. Of course she is used to my sense
(or lack ) of humor.
