It is your chicken. You decide if you are going to treat it. I'd guess mycoplasma since you have had more than one with the illness and the two symptoms you shared. Mycoplasmas usually cause the most trouble in times of stress. Since it is something that does not worry you, why did you ask? People can only guess based on what are the most common poultry diseases, and the symptoms you gave. Mycoplasmas are nothing to sneeze at, they can cause a miserable death for chicken, and become more virulent thru eggs hatched.
