We use to do the "blowing out the egg" with Girl Scouts - was fun
We cracked open the tiny egg this morning and sure enough - it was yoke less. In the five years we've had chickens this is the first one. We do have them in the "collection plates" that are under the roost now and then. Most of those have very soft shells and break upon landing. This one had a regular feeling shell. Interesting critters those hens!!
Thanks everyone for your wonderful knowledge

Tap a little hole, push air into the egg slowly to force the contents out thru the one hole, when done I put it hole down to dry out. Serama's have wind eggs the size of a large pea. I am surprised by how many actually do have a yolk in them.
