[CHICKENS-101] Re: cornish rocks

For the most part chicken, hehe
A cross breed of a Plymouth rock and a Cornish game. They grow very quickly and should be butchered between 4 and 10 weeks. If they get much older than that they are subject the all kinds of health problems. They should not have feed available 24/7 as a regular bird but only 12 hours a day as they will eat themselves to death. The 7 to 10# Roasters you buy in the market are Rock/Cornish as are the little 1 lb. game hens usually packaged in pairs by Tyson.
