That is an obstructed crop, crop bound, you may have to remove the grass and hay. Usually the mass of grass doesn't pass thru, and it obstructs crop so food cannot pass on through. Sour crop is a yeast infection. How large is her crop extended?

How did you treat sour crop, I think one of my girls may have this -- she was grazing on long grass and also got into some hay.
