I followed advice given from another group, and massaged the area and made her sick, The local vet isn't very forthcoming with poultry only tends to deal with dogs and cats.......... The crop is about an inch extended  out it was a lot more than that and felt like a water balloon, with a lump inside which has now gone.
 
After I did what I did its not got any bigger and has been  the same size for the past few days, She also isn't  doing the funny head movements now and I think she has started laying again.....
 
So have I done something wrong.....

Did you treat her with nystatin?  It would seem that her crop would go back to normal after being treated if is cleared up.

I have had one of my girls get sour crop..... I have hopefully managed to sort it for her.... however she has still got a saggy area around the area of the crop is this normal....
