Idea: Or sell for 3.00 a dozen, but if people bring their own clean egg carton they get a quarter off and they can get up to 50 cents off a dozen for bringing two. Then you won't have to scavenge egg cartons.

Good idea on giving to charity. Locally most eggs raised in local backyards are sold $3 per dz. A friend of mine said she would buy more but can't find them any cheaper than that. So I was thinking I could get a pretty good customer base selling them for $2.50 per dz. Also that should have read 600 eggs and not 500. I will have 50 dz per month. I am not hoping to make money but it would be nice if my chickens, rabbits and ducks paid for themselves.
