I recommend moving the post over to FL and answering it only there. That is not a violation of the TOS. How you do it is simple.
You take the question, remove the person asking it, make a mythical one and answer it one FL. An example
On C-101 someone said....What's a vent?
You repost on FL saying, Someone asked me recently what is a vent?
Well, I had to laugh and be as kind as I could and say....
That does not abrogate anyone's rights.

A post I had made earlier to Chickens 101 was put on the blogger site
just MINUTES after I posted. Not that I mind sharing information to
help someone care for their chickens better, but if I wanted my info to
be given to this site, they would have had to have asked and I would
have given it to them. It is rude to take without asking, which I feel
what is happening on the blogger site.
