Di, Did you see my post that two of the chicks from the 14oz parents are silkied? I am curious about the history of silkied seramas, to me it would seem that at sometime they were bred to Netherland silkies. They are teeny tiny and weigh the same as a serama. I can't find anything on it. Had to be a very long time ago to breed out the 5 toes, a dominant trait, and other silkie traits.

Nothing wrong with this, of course, but is the issue really something you want to expend your time and energy on? From my point of view, life's too short. Time is too valuable. We only get so much of it and then *poof!* we're gone. Do something NICE FOR YOURSELF today instead of worrying about how fast your posts show up on this or any other list.
