Mother Earth news has done a study on Free Range eggs and shown that they are more nutritious then commercial eggs. You have to check to see who is putting out the study when they say FRE are not better. It is usually going to be the commercial egg people. I guess, like everything else you choose to believe what you want. also, before ref. and still in some areas eggs are left on the counter and still are perfectly good. again many differences of Opinion. choose what works for you.
