Actually, Patrick, I think you are living in a dream world. I live on a acre and a quarter and I sure don't have enough room for what you are proposing. I have a number of large raised bed for veggies, a number of fruit trees and chickens. Now way I could put up a fence tall enough, tight enough or strong enough for what you are proposing.
I live on my Air Force retirement and Social Security and find it hard enough to support my 3 dogs and my chickens, let alone a cow or a horse or goats, etc.

I think Patrick that's the ticket...a mixture. Go for it.

I have purchased 1 acre of land and would like to get some ideas for a quick Turnaround profit. The only thing that has been installed is 4 sides of chainlink fence.
My kids would love Chickens, Turkey, Goats, Sheep, Swine, Rabbits or Bees.
A mixture would be ideal
