I know this sound strange, but when my jersey giant boy thought he would get tough with me at around 1 year of age, I did what he does with the hens….I stomped my feet and came at him like that. He hasn’t tried it since but some of my others, I pick them up under my arm and carry them around with me doing chores….If I bend over, I bend with him, whatever it is so he gets the picture. Haven’t had any more trouble with any of them. All of them don’t like it, but don’t fight too much anymore when I want to put Vaseline on their waddles and combs. J
