Holy Moly! That is a lot! Ours are 2-2.50 each.I need another 10 bales so I can put more on the ground, more around the edges of the pen and more for sunning. I have a two high pile that needs to be 3 and 4 high. Three sides of their pen and the roof is covered with tarps to keep the snow and wind out. One end of their pen is open so the sun shines in. I use straw piled up to block any wind that may try to find it's way in. The bonus is they sun on it. The pen is so long that the half where they have their heated coop and calf house is snug. I have bales of straw around the edges and on the ground to keep their feet warm. If I had to pay 14.00 each I would not be able to set their pens up so nice and would have to put a 4th tarp up, blocking the sun.
