Yes, the wooden snow fence works well, too. Actually, anything CHEAP that will hold the compost in a pile.
I dream of a day when a chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.

Bob, At my parents we used fence, another is a dryer shell, the others huge plastic tubes I bought for 2.00 before bagging leaves caught on, but pallets are a good idea too. Easy to move the sides away.
