Re: [CHICKENS-101] Re: turkey or roaster

Jane, I am so excited, I have found a good home for my beautiful and sweet WLR bantam cornish. They are an experiment in meat birds gone wrong. First I imported breeders from TX at great expense, twice. The plan was to breed for show birds and eat the culls. The problem is, all are gentle and sweet. They look so so but throw gorgeous offspring. I can't eat the pretty ones so I sold a few to make feed money. The next round of 3 off spring I hatched were pullets and not bad but not great. I can't dress out a chicken who comes to me to have their chest scratched and lays their head on my wrist and chest, and snuggles. I have found them the perfect home and grateful for the man who is taking them. I am going to take a picture of my favorite cockerel and put it in my Murphy's Law folder. :>):

Cathryn that sounds so funny, you will have to make a you tube video of it all Your whole setup & system of care should be on the record. Every thing you do should be on you tube for us all to learn from. It would be a good tool for us.
