B complex in her water along with poultry vitamins with minerals. If you do not have poultry vitamins get a bottle of children's vitamins with minerals and crush/grind up 10 along with a b complex tablet, (all 11 b vitamins), add a teaspoon of sugar, mix in a quart of water. Make it her only water. Time is not on your side for the damage to not become permanent. Curled toe syndrome is usually, almost always, a b deficiency. B's work with other vitamins. Dr. Mick Fulton at MSU diagnostics told me to do this when purina poisoned my flock and the mycotoxins caused severe vitamin deficiencies. He also told me that it had to be dissolved in water to work. Please keep us posted on how she does.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Limping hen
Question: I noticed last week when my Turkin hen was setting, when she got off to eat she was limping. Never really thought much about it....thought maybe her leg was sore from the eggs. Well when i went out to feed tonight she was walking around limping. Her toes seemed to be rolled under, like making a fist. She does not seem to straighten them out. Any idea???
