[CHICKENS-101] Peeps not laying.......

 

Good evening.

We have 3 hens, got them April 30, so they should be laying by now.
Help! I am so bummed.
They are in a clean, dry coop. Plenty of water, changed several times a day. We feed them layer feed with scratch tossed in for treats and a bit of grit. Filling the dish several times a day to keep it dry and plentiful.
They were out in the yard all day until a few weeks ago when a hawk visited us and really freaked the girls out. Since then, they have been in the coop with only a few hours in the evening to roam around.

What am I missing? They are in the shade, but not dark shade.

Any and all suggestions to get my girls laying are GREATLY appreciated!

For the record, they only started perching to sleep at night within the last 2 weeks.....so maybe they are just really slow at this stuff???
