I have a beautiful 3 month old, very round, long downed, white typey silkie chick with an inch and half long crest. He is growing a single comb- I am so disappointed, he has the wide barrel chest that makes a silkie's type gorgeous. (If it is a he; could be she, I think it's he.) :( I gifted a hen this summer that had a partial single comb grow in that is probably his hen that I had bought. He is a beautiful chick, snow white with very blue skin, and $3.00.
Great pet, will probably throw nice normal comb silkies too, and would be a great showmanship bird.
