I am very bad at leaving them alone after they’ve pipped for 24 hours. My thought is what has it got to lose? If it is stuck and can’t get out, it will die, anyway.
If you try to help, and it is stuck to the insides of the shell, use a q-tip and wet it to wet where it’s stuck. Slow and easy.

he he he I wish I hadn’t of clicked on it, now I’m going over the mounds of hatching eggs on there. LOL Anyone ever ordered eggs to hatch? Pros or cons or bad things happen? I know they can get jiggled during shipping, but does it happen a lot?? I found a deal of quail eggs for 20 but you get like 112. Don’t think I could start to fit all those in my incubator. LOL
