Word of caution: Poultry feed has a shelf life of 4 months if made in warm months and 6 months when it is cold out. I won't buy feed more than 4 weeks old and prefer fresh made within a week or two. Nutrition breaks down and ground grains mold easy.
You'd be better off stock piling grain that has been mixed with a bit of food grade DE.

How many bags do you suggest buying for 10 layers that area just over a year old to stock up
