Since I can't see her I'd guess thrush/sour crop from a blocked crop. A blocked crop and thrush will also cause a serious medical problem and vitamin/nutrient deficiency. You need to get her crop unblocked. She is a very sick chicken. I would give her olive or soy bean oil, massage her crop, several times a day and see if you can get it working.
If you can't get her crop emptying right away she'll need her crop emptied/purged by you. There are several utubes about how to empty a bird's/chicken's crop. Since your chicken is displaying signs of illness from her crop, time is not on your side. Your hen will need a vet script for sour crop or contact chickendr@firststatevetsupply.com or the website firststatevetsupply.com for advice and medications.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Chicken involuntary head twitches?
We have a 3 month old speckled sussex who has been I'll recently. We found sleeping standing up and her eyes did not look like anyone was home. We separated her from the others and watched her. Her crop was very full and felt like a water ballon. We have been feeding her some egg and some minced kale. She is showing signs of energy and her eyes look alive again. She even tried to escape her solitary earlier. Her crop is still full but now It just feels like a crop of scrambled eggs. Our concern is the involuntary ticks. She is in a large cardboard box and sleeping in the corner. We hear the occasional tap tap as her beak thwaps the box. It is clearly not intentional and is not pecking. I see a similar pattern of water on the side of the box after she has drank. Her head just kind of goes left to right, right to left relatively quickly.
